What days of the week do you deliver flowers?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available.

Flowers can welcome a visitor, celebrate a promotion or turn an ordinary day into an occasion. A plant suits a recipient who wants something lasting, while chocolates, balloons or a basket can broaden a gift intended for a household or team.
Rio handovers vary from apartment portarias to hotel desks and event receptions. Choose a format that the recipient can store and carry from that setting. Enter the neighbourhood and date first, then compare the products offered for that particular destination.
Rio's official mapping distinguishes neighbourhoods, administrative regions, planning regions and planning areas. Centro, Copacabana, Barra da Tijuca, Jacarepaguá and Campo Grande are useful neighbourhood references, but each order still needs the exact physical address and CEP.
Long travel distances and repeated building names make broad zone labels unreliable as destinations. Keep the recipient's neighbourhood with Rio de Janeiro, RJ, and confirm that a hotel or venue carrying the city name is actually within the municipality rather than in another coastal locality.
Start with the official street and number, then add the apartment, bloco or other complement and the Rio neighbourhood. Finish with the eight-digit CEP and Rio de Janeiro, RJ. A condominium name helps only when it accompanies these formal address elements.
In Barra da Tijuca, a large development may use separate residential, visitor and service gates; in Copacabana, reception may sit behind a compact street entrance. Supply the portaria detail approved by the resident and the name shown on the intercom. Keep a reachable phone number with the order.
For a Rio hotel, copy the property's precise street address and the guest's full reservation name. Add the arrival date and booking reference, then check whether reception accepts gifts for guests who are away or have not checked in. Room placement is controlled by the hotel.
An office delivery needs the company, team and floor as well as the person. Business complexes in Barra or Centro can direct couriers through a service lobby that differs from the public entrance. An authorised colleague should know where the flowers will be held if the recipient is unavailable.
Hospital Municipal Lourenço Jorge is at Avenida Ayrton Senna 2000 in Barra da Tijuca. Provide the patient's registered name and the exact unit or reception point supplied by the family. Visiting information does not establish unrestricted acceptance of external flowers.
Ask the relevant department what it permits and where an order should be handed over. Patient condition and clinical rules can alter the answer, while direct room delivery remains conditional. Confirm the admission date when the recipient may transfer or leave soon.
For a Rio wedding, performance or conference, ask the organiser for the venue entrance used by suppliers. Include the event, room and intended recipient, because a well-known venue name or beachside location may still contain several separate function areas.
Name each bouquet when a reception will take several arrangements. A requested handover window helps staff plan but cannot promise a precise arrival minute. The onsite contact should be ready to collect the flowers and take them to the relevant stage, table or dressing area without leaving the order at an unattended outer gate.
Rio's public cemetery network includes São Francisco Xavier, São João Batista, Inhaúma, Irajá, Ilha do Governador, Jacarepaguá and Campo Grande. Use the particular cemetery and service details supplied by the family rather than selecting a familiar name from the citywide list.
State the deceased's complete name, ceremony date and time, and the chapel or section where available. A funeral organiser should identify the receiving person. If the tribute goes to a church or home instead, replace the cemetery destination with that full address.
